From the outset, the staff was exemplary. In particular, Ngau was instrumental in planning various trips, such as our cruise to Ha Long Bay, which was thoughtfully arranged at a competitive price. She helped navigate our options, ensuring we enjoyed authentic experiences without exceeding our budget. The day staff consistently provided friendly service, and specific requests were addressed promptly, which enhanced our comfort during the stay. The meeting of convenience and luxury continues in-room amenities, including air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, all ensuring a relaxing retreat after our outdoor adventures. Although not lavish, the housekeeping staff maintained cleanliness and organization with remarkable efficiency. The Prince Hotel successfully merges essential services with friendly hospitality, making it a sound choice for the discerning traveler seeking value in Hanoi.
